1. Who we are

This website is operated by Dr. Keerti Holistic Healthcare, a sole proprietorship of Dr. Keerti Madhukar, at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Consultations are provided by Dr. Keerti Madhukar, BHMS, a homeopathic practitioner registered with the Karnataka Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Bangalore under registration number A-12093 (registered 4 September 2013 under section 22 of the Karnataka Homoeopathic Practitioners Act 1961). The registration is held under her maiden name, Keerti Chaurasia. Her qualifications are set out on the About page.

2. What the service is — and is not

  • We provide online video consultations only. There is no in-person examination.
  • The service is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, thoughts of self-harm, or any other urgent symptom, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
  • Homeopathy and nutritional therapy are complementary systems of medicine. They are offered alongside, not instead of, conventional medical care. We will never ask you to stop a medicine prescribed by another doctor without that doctor's involvement.
  • Nothing on this website is medical advice, and browsing it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only at a booked, paid consultation.
  • No outcome is guaranteed. Individual results vary, and any timelines discussed are estimates based on clinical experience.

3. Booking and payment

  • Appointments are booked through Eka Care, our clinical and appointment platform, at the booking page linked from this website. Eka Care's own terms apply to that booking and payment process in addition to these terms.
  • A slot is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
  • The consultation fee is shown on the Eka Care booking page before you pay. That page is the authoritative source for current fees.
  • We do not see or store your card details at any point.
  • Remedies, laboratory tests and any third-party costs are separate and are not included in the consultation fee.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

  • You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, through Eka Care or by emailing us at hello@keerti.care.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, are refunded at 50% of the fee paid.
  • If Dr. Keerti has to cancel, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days, and usually sooner — refunds are processed through Eka Care, and the exact timing also depends on your bank and card issuer, which is outside our control.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate, complete information about your health, medication and history. A prescription is only as good as the case it is based on.
  • Be somewhere private with a stable connection at your appointment time.
  • Tell us promptly if your symptoms change materially or if you have an adverse reaction.
  • Do not record the consultation without Dr. Keerti's prior written consent.

6. If the technology fails

If a video consultation cannot go ahead because of a technical failure on our side, we will reschedule it at no cost or refund you in full. We are not responsible for failures of your own device, connection or location.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, videos, logo and design — belongs to Dr. Keerti Holistic Healthcare and is protected by copyright. You may read, print and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish it, sell it, or use it to train an automated system without our written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for it. [Confirm with counsel and with your professional indemnity insurer.]

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law.
