Frequently asked questions
Are consultations really only on video?
Yes. Every consultation is a one-to-one video session, so you can receive the same care from anywhere in the world. You receive a private link once your booking is confirmed.
What are the available timings?
Two windows in India Standard Time: mornings 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and evenings 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, in 30-minute slots. The Eka Care booking page shows live availability in your own timezone.
Can I book from outside India?
Yes — patients book from across the world. The Eka Care booking page displays slots in your local timezone and handles payment, so there is no confusion about when to join or what you are paying.
How long before I see a change?
Acute complaints often respond within days. Chronic conditions usually show the first clear shift in four to eight weeks, with steady improvement across a few months of follow-ups. Dr. Keerti will tell you at the outset what a realistic timeline looks like for your case.
Can I continue my current medication?
Yes. Homeopathic remedies and nutrition plans are given alongside your existing treatment. Nothing prescribed by another doctor is stopped or reduced without that doctor's involvement — please have your prescriptions and recent reports to hand during the consultation.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, through Eka Care or by emailing us. Within 24 hours, or if you miss the appointment, 50% of the fee is refunded. If Dr. Keerti has to cancel, you choose a new slot or a full refund. Refunds reach your original payment method within 15 days, usually sooner — the exact timing depends on your bank.
Is my health information safe?
Your information is encrypted in transit, stored under strict access controls, and never sold or used for advertising. We align with India's DPDP Act 2023 and the GDPR. Appointments and payments are handled on Eka Care, a certified healthcare platform — your card details never reach this website. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
What happens after I pay?
Eka Care confirms your slot immediately and holds it in the clinic's appointment system. You receive your secure video link by email and SMS, along with a short health questionnaire that Dr. Keerti reviews before your session.
